Replacement policy

You can change and exchange your purchase within 7 days (a week) counted from the first day of ordering your purchases from the evora website, but you cannot cancel it.

Replacement terms

evora accepts your request for exchange in one of the following cases:

The existence of a difference in the product from its images that were shown on the site and on the basis of which the purchase was made.
Your discovery of manufacturing defects in the product after you receive the order.

In the event that the product is replaced, Evora will bear all shipping costs in the event that the conditions for replacement are met.

NB: -

In order for the replacement process to be approved, a clear picture of the product received by the customer must be sent to prove the reason for the replacement, within 7 days (a week) of the receipt process, with a clear reason for the replacement process being provided.
